Due to the nature of our products being digital downloads in which you are granted immediate access, all orders are final sale. There are NO refunds, NO returns, and NO exchanges.

Our servers here at Biztegic LLC are extremely secure and will deny any transaction that is flagged as potential fraud. Your billing address must match the address for the credit card on file. Your payment may also be declined if the card number, address or zip code is entered incorrectly numerous times. This is put into place to protect both our business and your identity. If you did not receive an email confirmation from Biztegic LLC confirming your order, your order did NOT process. All pending transactions will fall off your account in 3-10 business days depending on your banking institution.

All e-book and guide purchases include lifetime access to the materials. All courses include access to the materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Live classes are not recorded, therefore we recommend that you take well detailed notes.
